About CEPAM
Since 2000, CEPAM—the Amazonian Study and Research Center—has been part of the Amazon marketplace. We provide qualitative opinion and market survey services, delivered by experienced professionals who treat information integrity as a priority. As demand for growth in the market has increased, so has the need for properly equipped spaces for qualitative studies. In response, we created a dedicated research room in Manaus for this purpose. That room is available to rent, offering added convenience for anyone carrying out interview-based research in the Amazonian capital. Beyond room rental, we also support projects with services such as recruitment, discussion group facilitation, and data analysis. We additionally carry out quantitative studies.

Local com uma estrutura excelente para realizar pesquisas, sejam elas qualitativas ou quantitativas. A sala com espelho é ótima para observar os usuários durante o processo de análise do produto ou serviço. Recomendo também para quem queira fazer pesquisas de usabilidade, entrevistas com usuários, focus groups e outras possibilidades de UX Research.

Best research room in the market in Manaus! Great location, with easy access for both clients and participants. Participant recruitment was 100% accurate. CEPAM is very well organized. Everything went really well during the two days I did my research here. The mirrored room has 4 cameras to record the interviews in 360°. It also has strong air conditioning.
