Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with my experience at Karl and Friends GmbH. Communication was difficult, it took a long time to respond to inquiries, and the overall process seemed disorganized. I had hoped for much more professionalism and customer orientation. Too bad - this is not how I had imagined working with them.

I went to this company with an important request and had the feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. The employees were not treated well and the department manager was absolutely unfriendly and incapable of criticism. After seeing how unprofessionally he treated his employees, I decided against this company. For a company based on people contact, this is absolutely unsuitable!
