Unfortunately, we are a little disappointed with the service. We applied to WG-Held 3 weeks before our party and even after we asked twice (by phone and email), we didn't hear back. It was only 1 day before the party that we got a confirmation, but we should have picked up the drinks ourselves.
Hi Laura, It's a shame that the sponsorship didn't work out for you! Apparently there was a misunderstanding: delivery of goods is not part of our concept. Sponsorships can pick up the drinks from the warehouse of our local employees. As you can probably understand, we have a very high density of applications - and of course limited capacities. It can happen that a party is canceled by the host, giving others the opportunity to move up. Hence the spontaneous acceptance. Nevertheless, thank you very much for your feedback! The party was canceled at the last minute even though I was supposed to invite a lot of people for it. Absolutely unprofessional. Oh and your support doesn't answer before you recommend it to me.
