The scooter isn’t bad quality, but PLEASE pay close attention to maintenance and repairs. We’ve been waiting for a part (the BMS) for our scooter for a month and a half—both us and the certified shop. Customer service lies about the delivery timeline (and even then, they only respond if they feel like it). I’ll keep it brief: they order a Chinese scooter that’s sold in all European countries under a different brand, and they handle customer service with interns. In short, if you want something long-term, run.
