The scooter isn’t bad quality, but PLEASE pay close attention to maintenance and repairs. We’ve been waiting for a part (the BMS) for our scooter for a month and a half—both us and the certified shop. Customer service lies about the delivery timeline (and even then, they only respond if they feel like it). I’ll keep it brief: they order a Chinese scooter that’s sold in all European countries under a different brand, and they handle customer service with interns. In short, if you want something long-term, run.

I’m really happy with my new Brumaire Folio, which I bought a month ago. It’s very elegant, with a genuine simplification of use (no need to manually change gears), and an excellent value for money compared to competing products. Perfect for riding along the coastal paths and climbing the slopes of hilly Biarritz. Thank you to Antoine (from sales) and to customer service for your support.

Great purchase from Brumaire! A truly top-notch team: responsive, available, and professional from start to finish. Even with a slight delivery delay, their customer service was excellent, with a nice touch of goodwill—two gifts were offered (top case and a phone mount, plus free delivery), which were very much appreciated! Scooters are very fragile and not as autonomous as they were advertised to be.

400 miles, 2 months of use, and already an accumulation of problems. Between a delivery time that’s extremely long and the finish quality falling far short of what I expected, the experience has been really disappointing. A broken headlight rod, a headlight mount that gives up, very fragile paint, untreated wood, an unstable kickstand—at this price, this isn’t acceptable. I was on the fence with Decathlon, which is cheaper, but I decided to give this brand a chance and support a smaller company. Bad choice. I rarely leave reviews, but this one feels necessary. I definitely don’t recommend the Nebula.

After Brumaire’s call, when they assured me they’d shipped the spare parts so my bike could be repaired, I removed my negative review. I’m posting it again for good: I dropped off my bike for repairs a month ago (a part needs replacing after just two months of use). Brumaire doesn’t send the required materials to the repair shop, and I pay for my metro tickets every day without being able to use this nice blue Folio bike, which still cost €2,000.
