In my eyes, this agency does not deliver what it promises. The result of the order, corresponded only after high correction effort to the customer's request and that only to about 70%, because this was implemented despite specific instructions only loveless. The design proposals of the agency did not meet the expectations of the company and were also not 100% corporate design compliant, the design finally came from the company itself. There were also no real conversations to get the project on track, mostly the communication was via mail and was not really bidirectional. We felt that there was no interest in implementing the project in the best possible way with the quality standards that an agency should have, especially since the price suggested exactly that. The fact that the agency lacked the capacity to implement the project did not become apparent until later, which is why the go-live date for the website could not be met. Towards the end of the project we asked for a second and third opinion about the quality of the work, the feedback shows that this work does not even correspond to the school grade 6.

Maybe usable for simple flyers, but price and performance do not match here. Spelling errors, weak texts and slogans. You can usually implement this better internally yourself, even without marketing experience.
