Hello Björn Grube, may I briefly ask what is the reason for your negative review? ... ... We are very sorry about that, Mr. Grube. Since yesterday afternoon, our telephone number has been misused to call contacts around the clock, seemingly at random. These calls were neither initiated by us, nor do we have the called phone numbers stored in our data pool. We ourselves are currently receiving many callbacks or feedback from these "ghost" called contacts, with whom we usually have no business relationship whatsoever. The Federal Network Agency and the police have been called in. We are also working flat out with experts to stop the calls and identify the causes. We are sorry if you have been disturbed by a call from this telephone number. We are looking for a solution to this problem as quickly as possible and have already initiated measures to further improve data security on our site. Best regards, Your team from best it
