I wrote a support request on 28.12.2024 at 17:00) Sunday before New Year's Eve! No one can be reached there!) wrote a support request to the "info" and only a few minutes later received a personal response from the boss himself, who also fixed the problem himself. I don't think I need to write any more about this.

Dealing with customer-company is underground, the company is absolutely unreliable, delivery contracts are not kept, for this the money is withheld....

Dear Ms. S., I think you have confused our company here. We are not unreliable, nor am I aware of any case where we withhold money, business customers pay us by invoice.

Reason for the evaluation: when we had to change parts of the IT infrastructure due to corona and a previous provider failed for weeks to meet the requirements for the telephone system, we had to switch to a new PBX system at extremely short notice. 3 hours after placing the order on a Friday afternoon the new system was up and running - fine tuning and final configuration the next morning - bbtronic did in hours what was not possible for others after days. Maybe not the cheapest provider on the market, but the price-performance ratio is right in any case. Conclusion: Very good IT system house. What seems to be hardly solvable elsewhere is part of the basics for bbtronic. Very trustworthy, personal and sovereign consulting, very good response times.

Very good IT provider, always quick help and competent advice. I can highly recommend bbtronic. We were also always helped quickly in the event of faults. Price-performance ratio is always TOP! A change to another IT company is out of the question for us. We feel that we are in the best hands with bbtronic!
