Bayerwald Media GmbH

I was recently on vacation with my family in the Bavarian Forest. We bought the Bayerwald Card plus for three days. Unfortunately, on the third day there was a problem at the entrance to the Waldwipfelweg in St. Englmar. The ladies at the busy entrance were unable to read the card correctly due to a technical problem and would only have given us a €0.50 discount. (36€ total price) We then called Bayerwald Media and the friendly man on the phone assured us that he would take care of it immediately. After a few minutes we got a call back saying that we should just wait on the spot. Two people then came and spoke to BW-Media again on the phone We were then immediately given the free entry we were entitled to. Unfortunately, we lost a good 20 minutes of our vacation day, but in the end we were still very pleasantly surprised by this good service. Hence the good rating, because a technical error can sometimes occur, but we felt that everyone involved reacted very quickly and in a friendly manner to resolve the problem. Please keep up the good work.
