Our experience with Bakata Solutions as part of the Kit Digital program has been very negative. The website development was extremely subpar, with numerous technical glitches, poor execution, and a final result that fell far short of what was professionally promised. The work delivered had so many problems that we were forced to hire another professional to redo and correct a large part of the website, resulting in additional expenses, wasted time, and frustration. Furthermore, the performance and management of both the team and its director left much to be desired, with a lack of organization, poor communication, and limited ability to resolve issues. I would not recommend this company for web development or for projects related to the Kit Digital program.

Solutions? After a month of calling them, they referred me to a company called Binhex. I wanted to create a website with a booking engine and a payment gateway. The first thing this company did was offer me the “government digital kit”—3,000 euros just for being self-employed!I told them I wasn’t interested—that I just wanted the website and for them to handle the SEO—but they made it incredibly difficult to schedule a meeting. Again, they pushed the “government gift,” only to have an employee handle my case who, after 20 days, told me that neither the payment gateway nor the calendar feature was within their capabilities,just so customers can see us and contact us… something like a phone directory with photos for 1,100 euros. If you want government money, this is the place; for anything else… it’s a waste of time!
