Was also an EPAG customer and was forced to migrate to Ascio. Just spent thousands of EUR and many days of work to get away from Ascio. That's all you need to know.

Was previously EPAG customer, by the takeover forced now ASCIO customer... 1.) The takeover is not yet complete, must work for each domain in 2 different portals. 2.) There is no German support anymore (was partly the reason for EPAG, otherwise I could have stayed with OpenSRS) 3.) Support takes forever for simple questions 4.) Portal (also new) is in contrast to the EPAG portal totally confusing
