We had a site visit in early December to discuss various projects we were planning to commission. Despite our inquiries, we still haven’t received a quote as of March, nor have we heard back in any other way. We can’t comment on the final results, but it’s a real shame that we haven’t heard anything further since the visit. That’s why we’re giving only one star.

After an order had already been placed (supply and installation of mirrors for commercial sanitary facilities) in January, a follow-up order was to be placed in June. Measurement was carried out at short notice in June. Then, after more than 7 weeks (there was no response to several inquiries), the order was rejected without giving any reasons. In a telephone conversation with the responsible employee, the response was evasive. Very poor service!!!!
