I'm giving them one star because I can't give them any less. It's a disgrace! We used to work with them—their work was super slow and poorly done. They charge for files they don't even create, and in the end, the cars have to keep coming back over and over again because they don't get the map right or even cancel the entries properly. Trying to contact them is a nightmare—they change their number 80 times. We’ve lost more money than we’ve made. We feel like we’ve been scammed.
