Insufficient customer service and inadequate functions!

My experience with AppYourself was extremely disappointing and I feel obligated to warn other potential customers about this company. After purchasing their software, which unfortunately did not deliver what was promised, a series of problems began that affected both functionality and customer support. Customer service was particularly frustrating. Initially I received responses, but they were far from professional. When I tried to substantiate the issues with video footage, my requests were simply ignored. One employee, Ewa, seemed to deliberately ignore our issues and did not respond to our questions, even after providing clear video evidence. Communication with Mr. H.H.P. was equally unsuccessful. No one from the company has been in touch for almost a month, even though my emails have been read. The company merely shifts responsibility back and forth and refers to other employees without offering solutions. This experience seems to be part of the corporate culture at AppYourself. It's appalling how little they care about their customers. The unprofessionalism I have experienced and the complete ignorance of customer issues is inexcusable. Therefore, I strongly advise against buying from AppYourself. There are many other companies on the market that offer better service and more reliable products. Please think twice before choosing AppYourself. I recommend looking for better alternatives and avoiding this company. Thank you!
