Our mission:
In 2015, we started with the goal of providing cool jobs in attractive companies to the "Digital Heroes" of today and tomorrow - people with IT expertise, programming experience or web design skills like you. That was the case then and it is now more than ever! We achieve this goal because we work in an interdisciplinary and multilingual way.
Our claim:

We clarify with our partners all the details about the jobs that we support and provide you transparently all the information. Only if you and our partner company have a mutual honest interest in working with each other, we are satisfied.

Very unprofessional. You are contacted despite the setting on XING that you are currently not interested in offers. The fact that you do not reply to the messages is apparently not enough to indicate disinterest; after three days, you are contacted again without being asked, and told that you are welcome to get in touch if you have any questions. Thank you, I know how communication works.
