The customer accesses a website with a store and a customer chat bot. All systems are connected to a CMS and CRM system for administration. Booking pages, ready-made solutions for voucher and customer promotions, a merchandise management system, a newsletter management system, an automatic invoicing/dunning system and a warehouse management system are all integrated. In addition, tax consultants, fulfillment centers and suppliers are connected.

The tokenization of a multi-asset fund from Singapore and the United Arab Emirates took place, which was implemented by structuring a security token on Polygon and accompanied by a multi-media sales presence.
Comprehensive simulations were used to develop a supply schedule for a security token that enables direct participation by investors and the dynamic management of individual fund positions with low volatility. The existing simulation, payments and launchpad infrastructure from our own projects was used for this purpose.
A governance model for investor participation was also designed.
In order to avoid the maintenance work on the blockchain, a node was forked at short notice within a few hours in a privately hosted subnet so that the fund could still be sold within the time frame.
A comprehensive security and custody concept for all digital assets and a data protection concept were also developed and all employees involved were trained.
The launch went smoothly from a technical point of view and also withstood the extensive social media campaigns beforehand. There was generally great enthusiasm for the modern, media-heavy website. The project was launched smoothly despite difficulties in the blockchain mainnet.
