I never received any follow-up after I reached out. But when it comes to signing me up for a newsletter I didn’t request, no problem.

I never thought an advertising agency could fail to take its clients seriously to that extent. Response: I was sure this would be the answer. Don’t say you’re attentive to your clients—that’s not true. Don’t say you take feedback to improve—that’s not true either. You’re in denial and convinced that your behavior is perfect. No need to say you worked on my case. Sending a promotional brochure for your agency isn’t working on my case. (Even a middle-school student does a better job when they have to give a presentation.) Strangely enough, several people have told me they had a similar experience to mine. I just wish I’d had this information sooner. Good luck to you, and please keep pretending you can’t see what’s really going on.
