Had a couple of IT providers before AdVran, and I couldn't tell what they were doing half the time. We'd pay the bill and we'd hear nothing unless we asked. With AdVran, we can tell Adrian and his team pay attention. Every time something happens, they send their reports and make sure we are aware of what's going on.
