Not credible As a software company, not offering working phone support isn’t serious anymore. I waited 45 minutes on the phone and called two public phone numbers to try to resolve the issue, but there was no success. Problem: when you place an order, the payment is debited first, and only then an email is sent to confirm your email address. But that email never arrives (I checked—it's not in spam). The money is debited, but the order isn’t registered, and of course the download doesn’t work either.

Be careful—this is disturbing. I bought Buhl Profesional software, but instead of the promised version, I received an stripped-down, simpler accounting program. The download took forever, and when it finally finished it showed a red Buhl Profi icon—but on the very first start it was already the wrong software. I also can’t reach them via the phone number provided.

Terrible support—no clear answers to support emails. The emails go straight to the spam folder, which also feels very professional… You can’t reach the company by phone. Subscriptions can’t be paid because the mySoftware system error isn’t fixed. They even send the customer reminders, even though the customer has no way to pay.

I bought the MS Home and Student 2016 today. The download of the download manager (PDF) was available right away. Setup took a little time, but everything went smoothly without any problems.
