Earlier bought my daughter (3) an ice cream at the beautiful cafe Trainspot. To lick away she wanted to be lifted onto the small platform next to the stairs, which somehow fascinates her. Stepped then a while later a guy from the glass door and puts his box a few centimeters next to me. Feeling as if someone had sat down next to us in the empty subway. A statement? After the third box finally verbal message: This is an office here, if we did not know that. We didn't, didn't see any office chairs, and so I asked what he wanted to tell me. Answer: How I would like people to sit on our porch. Asked him if he wanted us to leave, if that was what he wanted, to which he immediately replied in the affirmative. So we left and I turned around again. On the frosted glass it said "Agency for Communication". I had to smile. Challenge: Before the customer's next communication problem, first solve the problem of marking your own territory. I don't think it's that easy, you don't want to come across as unsympathetic. Then there are 5 stars at this point!
