First of all, the positives: - The location is very good and the office is easy to get to - We work with modern MacBooks - Most of the employees are very friendly, collegial, motivated and easy to talk to - Communication with the other location runs smoothly - More women than men are employed, a strong sign! - Workshops and seminars are offered and employee participation is encouraged - Customer issues are taken seriously and dealt with competently (many years of customer loyalty, which is why most employees are well versed in the subject) Now to the negative: - No honest and open interaction between superiors and employees - There are clearly favorites of the superiors - The boss takes his mood out on employees - You can't trust all your colleagues there - You can't trust the relaxed impression you easily get there - In my opinion, superiors without empathy In short, as a company or association that wants a good and consistent implementation of its own goals, the agency is recommendable because it works professionally. As an employee who is also a human being and not merely a vicarious agent in satisfying the company's drive to make as much money as possible, I would avoid this company
