Partially technically skilled employees, good accessibility of the servers. Unfortunately, professionalism is at its lowest level. E-mails and accepted offers go unanswered for weeks, both management and employees repeatedly use abusive language on the phone, and work orders are simply not carried out. The terms "service" are completely foreign to werk21. Legal regulations (e.g. DSGVO-related changes to websites) are not properly implemented. As a long-time customer, at some point you are, and I quote, "a thorn in the side".
