Friendly, but unfortunately very incompetent team as far as the organization is concerned. We had to wait half a year for our homepage. Even a layman could have done it faster... Orders were not carried out as a matter of course, but only after repeated requests, half of the adjustments were not made. And all that for a horrendous price. But the programmer did a good job.

Dear Ariane Kerhmann, since we could not find you in the CRM and also in the inbox of all project managers, it seems to us that you know the cooperation with us only from hearsay. It is true that we rather realize more complex website projects and such projects can last even half a year. We don't work with purchased themes and modular systems like many laymen, but program individually according to customer requirements, coordinate all important project steps according to standardized processes, often also revise the content with regard to SEO and UX and realize interfaces to external systems. This takes time. It is also true that towards the end of the project, new requirements sometimes arise that were not included in the calculation, become more expensive in the subsequent realization (since all effects on the existing system must first be checked) and then cannot all be realized in terms of budget. For outsiders, this can appear as you have described. This is why we usually advise a comprehensive clarification of the requirements with the participation of all stakeholders at the start of the project. Nonsense is that our prices are horrendous. We are in the middle range with both hourly rates and fixed prices. We know this because we often participate in tenders, which we would hardly win with horrendous prices. However, we are more expensive than laymen. After all, we don't do it in our spare time :-)
