I actually think one star is too many for this agency. Poor communication, promoters aren't paid on time… They only made the payment after several threats.

Disappointing experience with weCan I spent four days working for weCan at Düsseldorf Airport, with over 10 years of sales experience. The communication was chaotic: it took over four weeks to apply for the day pass, and some of the assignment information only arrived in the morning. After a short time, all further assignments were canceled - allegedly due to "complaints", although nobody on site knew about it. Despite solid sales, I was put under pressure from day 2 to sell more - although no minimum turnover had been agreed. Invoices were paid too late, discount promises were not kept. The team leader's behavior was particularly problematic: constant overstepping of boundaries, control, threats ("you have to prove yourself") and the attempt to mix private and professional levels. Criticism was interpreted as arrogance, and my dissociation was sanctioned. The way I was treated was abusive, the structures lacked transparency - and were more reminiscent of bogus self-employment than fair cooperation. No recommendation.

Warning against the WeCan agency - Absolutely dubious! My experience with the WeCan agency has been disastrous. If you work with this company, you should be prepared not to receive any money for the service you have provided. I have duly provided my agreed service, but I have not been paid - and that for a large sum. Instead of settling the invoices, every time I contact them I am put off, put off or even lied to. Sometimes they say that payment has already been made (which is demonstrably untrue), sometimes they give flimsy excuses. Professional and reliable management definitely looks different! Coordination within the agency is just as chaotic. You get the feeling that either no one is responsible or they are deliberately trying to stall for time. There is only a response when massive pressure is exerted - but even then it remains empty promises. Due to the high outstanding amount, I now feel compelled to take legal action. I can only strongly advise anyone not to do business with this agency if they don't want to risk losing their money. Hands off WeCan!

Very poor payment behavior, I can only strongly advise against accepting orders for this company. Payment is only made after months of intensive reminders.

we can, which means you are on time for the job you have accepted. And completes it according to specifications. But the bill is not paid!!!! Job on 31.08.2024 Invoice from 04.09.2024 first you are put off by the employees (Andrijana) then there is simply no response to e-mails and the like. Hands off this agency always had a long payment term of over four weeks anyway, because the invoice was always processed after one week and was made available for billing, so you can easily get to five weeks, you can see it in the meantime I have already written the first reminder. So be careful with this agency

My experience with weCan was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I worked for the company for 4 days at Düsseldorf airport and had over 10 years experience in sales in the beauty and food industry. Even the initial contact to applying for the day pass took over 4 weeks, which is a very long time. I was booked for about 20 jobs, some of which I should have done with a day pass and others with the pass hopefully ready at the airport. However, the contact was very bumpy. Days before the assignment, I couldn't get any information about who would accompany me to the airport when I asked, and I only received the final information on the morning of the assignment - which I felt was very short notice. I was even told that I couldn't be found in the plan, which caused additional uncertainty. After only 4 assignments, the rest were canceled on the grounds that it was too inconvenient to find a suitable companion for the day pass. I was also told that there had been complaints about me. However, both the Heinemann management on site and the other promoters were surprised by this procedure and the accusations. My sales were solid for the short time I was on the job, but I was already asked to make more sales on the second job. I do not work on commission and there is no contractually agreed minimum turnover. The invoicing turned out to be problematic. I submitted the invoices with a discount, and although they were declared as "paid out", no money has yet been credited to my account. The booking department promised me that the discount would be paid out as a bonus on my next assignment. However, as no further cooperation is planned, this is obviously not possible. I would like to point out that the money finally arrived in my account 7 days later. In addition to the problems mentioned above, dealing with the "supervisor" was extremely problematic. He tried to contact me abusively in my free time and ignored the times I told him I was available. Instead, he demanded that I follow his lead. My defensiveness and objections were interpreted as arrogance. When I made it clear that I preferred a professional rather than friendly approach and that he felt threatened by my new approach, he threatened to reduce my break from one hour to just 30 minutes from the next day. He constantly emphasized that everyone at the airport and at weCan was like a family, which indicated that professional and private boundaries were clearly mixed. He also said that I would certainly have problems with many other supervisors because of my manner and behavior. He said he had the upper hand and that I had to do what he said. These threats were packaged as "constructive criticism", even though I was "employed" as a self-employed person and was not subordinate to anyone. I was threatened that the next day would be my last chance to prove myself. In addition, my behavior during breaks was strictly controlled, while for other employees these times seemed irrelevant. It was pure bullying and psychological terror. The relationship fulfilled every criterion of bogus self-employment. When I refused another feedback meeting in my free time, I was dismissed. Admittedly, I was relieved that I no longer had to work there. In the meantime, access to the WeCan portal was blocked for me. I am still entitled to the cash discount payment, as each of the 5 invoices was not paid on time. Overall, I cannot recommend weCan as a company.

The way I see it GOOGLE has removed every bad review posted about you here. I really don't know what kind of scam is going on here. Or lawyers who want to get rid of it. I posted my review half a year ago and so far everything was ok... Definitely not recommended. Worked once for a day. And that was the last one! Does not recognize her mistakes. What was in the contract was not adhered to. Only after I threatened to sue for wages and compensation was the rest transferred to me. But also with the note "We don't see it". It took a total of about 4 months until I got the money. My calls were ignored. I was told lies that weren't true. All in all, it was just awful. And you can see that in the reviews too. If I had checked beforehand, I wouldn't have done it And assumed. Simply AVOID. If you want to avoid problems.
