We were very disappointed with the promises this agency made. They claimed they would handle our SEO, but right from the start, A.Z left the agency in the middle of the project—so there was no qualified person to take over. Even so, the beginning was promising: direct calls, a detailed audit, and a team based in Tunisia. The turning point came when Marc, the CEO, tried to pitch us a project similar to ours—virtual assistants meant to boost our traffic—much to our surprise, and then they ended up diverting the traffic instead. In short: a scam and sloppy work.
