The cards are not dealt openly at the job interview. The position has already been filled internally, but the main thing is to invite other applicants and waste their valuable time. I was also not reimbursed for the travel expenses. During the interview, my questions were not answered correctly or hesitantly, and they were also poorly prepared. In addition, it is already embarrassing if the applicant is confused with the information, which shows that they have not even dealt with it. Simply embarrassing! Good that I am now with a competitor company :)

Hello Leon, first of all thank you for your feedback. We think it's a real shame that you didn't feel the interview was good from your side! We have not yet awarded the training position. Because we are not interested in wasting time either, neither yours nor ours. And we only invite applicants for interviews because we want to fill our apprenticeship positions and because recruiting young talent and every applicant is very important to us. Of course, we wish you every success with your current training, your VRG.
