6000€ net for 0 inquiries Even a nice contact, market change, spot adjustment doesn't help. For me, unfortunately, an absolute waste of money with the screen advertising and one that I can hardly afford, as not even one euro was refinanced. I would have wished for understanding and forbearance, just as I show my customers. But what can you wish for in times of general terms and conditions and contracts that don't care about the people and the existence behind them. Dear fellow photographers - save your money. Use your Instagram as a free or pay version for your advertising.

My experience with Viewento was unfortunately disappointing. During the sales pitch, the contract was presented to me in a way that did not make key information sufficiently transparent - especially not the automatic contract renewal. This was not mentioned at all in the conversation and was only visible to me later in the terms and conditions. Even when asked, the communication remained vague and not very solution-oriented. I would have liked more clarity, transparency and customer proximity, especially for a long-term contractual relationship. I can only recommend everyone to take a very close look at the small print - and if in doubt, to stay away.

Dubious cold calling! We have received an email about an alleged job advertisement. They want to offer us advertising space in the local supermarket. The only joke is that we have not advertised any jobs.

The company advertised with free commercials. Of course, I sold my data for this. I got nothing. In the end, I had to pay 599 euros.

I am very happy for the customers who have had good experiences with screen advertising and have been able to increase their sales. Due to telemarketing, the good reviews and our urgent need for new service technicians (m/f/d), we have decided to work together on social media recruiting. The first steps were promising. A nice short clip, good advertising texts and a landing page were created and the whole thing went live with a certain advertising budget. After a month and without a single applicant, we asked for an evaluation and optimization. Days later we received the answer that our account manager had to leave the company due to lack of performance. A promising call with the sales manager gave us new hope... Unfortunately, this was in vain. No applicants, no feedback. At the end of the campaign there was another call with the sales manager Mr. J.. But he didn't have any figures with him because they hadn't been prepared. Who would have thought that a customer would spend a 5-digit amount and then want to see statistics? There was no follow-up discussion.... Now the first and last 5 applicants suddenly arrived last week, who unfortunately could never be reached by phone and never replied to various emails. The price/performance ratio here unfortunately diverges towards infinity! We have settled the invoices for almost €15,000, so as a small medium-sized company we are now poorer, but one experience richer and still without staff.
