My experience has been quite bad, mainly because of the service I received from the woman who works in the copy shop. I called to ask for a quote, and they told me to send an email. I sent it that same day but didn’t receive a reply. That afternoon, I went to the shop in person, and the woman who helped me said the email hadn’t arrived. When we checked it together, we confirmed that she had, in fact, received it. During our conversation, I had a hard time getting clear information. I asked several simple questions about printing options and prices, but the answers were vague and unspecific. When she explained that they only print directly onto the T-shirt and not on transfer paper, she still didn’t tell me the price. In the end, I had to insist several times before she would tell me how much a T-shirt cost so I could calculate the estimate myself. I came away with the impression of a lack of transparency, a lack of interest in customer service, and unprofessional communication. It didn’t bother me that they didn’t work with transfer paper; what bothered me was having to constantly insist to get basic information and feeling like I wasn’t being told the truth—since they told me that it breaks the printers, when I asked at another place in the neighborhood and they had no problem with it. I looked it up online and found that it’s not true that this type of paper affects printer performance—in short, we’re not stupid. 🫠 I won’t be going back.

Excellent materials, great photocopies, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired!

The worst copy shop in Madrid. Very high prices and long wait times, too. I went to print some notes, and there was no one in front of me. I waited 45 minutes, and everyone who came in after me was in and out in 5 minutes. I waited almost an hour while the printers sat idle without even processing my order. It’s terrible.
