Final update for 2023 Filing: - The team refused to file my taxes for me until I amended my review on google. (hence the amend below) - The team FORGOT to pay my taxes on time on my behalf after asking for my banking details to do so, but somehow had no issue charging me for their services on the day taxes were due. - When I got a letter in the mail from the IRS 2 months after Troy and team were supposed to have paid my taxes with an additional $700 of interest charged due to the team's error, Troy refused to cover the portion and refused to take accountability for the error on his team's part. - Please please please save yourself thousands of dollars, and potential tax liability from incomplete and incorrect taxes and work with anyone else. - I paid $5000 to be stressed out, have my taxes done incorrectly, be gaslit, and also then pay penalties on top of this to the IRS due to the team's incompetence. - I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do too. (let the record show, I support small businesses and do not take writing a negative review lightly, but taxes are not something to be doing incorrectly at such a high fee and then handling the way this team did). Update for 2023 Filings: - Slightly better communication - Troy is now working directly on this account so the response time is better - Better callback experience now - Will wait to see how this years filing goes before fully churning because it is hard to find a good real estate specific CPA Original Review for 2022 Filing: Quite possibly the worst experience with taxes and accounting I have had to date. Overpriced, delayed, impossible to get a hold of. If you want to file excessively late, with multiple errors and be overcharged, this is the spot for you. Am currently still trying to get my 2022 taxes correctly filed because they keep making mistakes. The burden is always on me to check in with them and see if we have made any progress. The file has been passed around multiple times and it is still wrong.
