Beware of this agency! I was booked for an event in Berlin. I fell ill at the weekend and was completely flat until the day of the assignment. Since I was so unwell, I completely forgot about the assignment. I didn't get an inquiry as to whether everything was okay, but an email that I had broken the contract, caused damage to the agency (what??) and that they were threatening me with legal consequences. I have been working as a hostess for 7 years and have never had an agency that acts so aggressively and inhumanely. Mistakes and illnesses happen, and instead of asking questions as an agency, they immediately threaten to take legal action.

Dear Christina, thank you for your review and your feedback. Our tone was obviously not the right one, for which I apologize. But I hope you also understand that we should be able to rely on you, just as you should be able to rely on us, when it comes to fulfilling contractual obligations. In the end, a no-show without feedback is not ideal for either party - we have to look for a replacement, we may not be able to fulfill our contractually promised services and we may also be held liable by our customers. I am of the opinion that this platform, which allows customers to rate companies, is not the right place for discussing business relationships between entrepreneurs, so please feel free to contact me directly if there is any need for clarification.
