The collaboration with this company went very well at the beginning in terms of communication and planning the assignment. My colleague on the job was always friendly and professional. The problems only started after my invoice was issued. They waited a week to transfer the money because the accounting department was supposedly on vacation. It was just strange that the colleague had already received his invoice. When the accountant was back, she was unable to understand my invoice and continued to refuse payment, whereupon I tried to explain the invoice several times by email. After this was finally understood, a week has passed and I have still not received any payment. After asking again, I was told that four weeks until the payment deadline had been agreed in the contract. I created my invoice on January 24th and the four weeks have also soon passed. It's annoying and extremely unprofessional that a payment is refused for so long and the colleague is always paid on time. It makes me feel like I'm less important and treated worse. Does this perhaps have something to do with the fact that I have a foreign name? I am obviously being discriminated against. I can't recommend this company to anyone as you are bullied by the administration. If you are professional and work well, you should look for other companies. I can highly recommend Topteam and Fairever.
