I've been working at Talk2move for 1 1/2 years now and can only say that it was the best decision I've ever made. The people you meet there are indescribably great. Every day you look forward to being on the street with these people and doing something good. The love and friendship in all these teams is moving and, above all, only very few people recognize me communicatively compared to my time before Talk2move. I can recommend a job at Talk2move to anyone, but especially in the SK NRW🤓

A very aggressive employer organization. I applied for the job and made it very clear on the form - don't call - write to them. I was still called 3-5 times unannounced and then received an email saying that they couldn't reach me. When I contacted the organization about the limit I had set, they wrote to me "Hello, we make appointments by phone and our job is all about verbal communication.". So I had deliberately overstepped the mark. I wrote them a very detailed email to tell them how offensive I found it. On top of that, they don't pay anything for this job. The organization exploits people, pays very little and the job really requires higher communication skills, self-regulation skills etc.. Above all, the job is dangerous because you can be shouted at or beaten up by people on the street all the time. But the organization gets the employees, pays them minimum and gets a good reputation for the job they didn't do. It's probably a good way to earn money quickly if you have no other option and don't give a shit about the mission. After my feedback, I got the answer that they don't want to make me a Jon offer anymore. Lol, are you serious? It looks like I broke up with you, but your egos can't handle that, so now you're lurking after me and writing, no! You don't fit in with us! Although I also said - one more email or phone call and I'll report them. And the line is crossed again. Burns in hell Talk2Move

Right from the start, the feeling is like a small family, everyone sticks together and learns a lot. Of course, it takes commitment at the beginning, which is also required, but I'm happy to give my best in this team. Highly recommended as a part-time job! I'm now even thinking about doing it full-time haha much love 🫶🏼

I think it's good that information is provided locally and donations are collected. The fact that you have to enter your data on someone else's tablet is completely unacceptable. This should be worked on urgently. Flyers or digital ONLY a code for scanning with a deep link to the donation page with coding on the employee standing in front of me, that would be right. Too bad, otherwise I would have been convinced.
