Studio One

I’m very happy with Studio One. The atmosphere is pleasant and motivating, and you feel comfortable right from the start. What I like most is how clean everything is, as well as the friendly and helpful attitude of the team. The organization and the training options are also excellent. Overall, it’s a great studio that I’d definitely recommend! :)

Super schönes Studio, man geht durch die Tür und fühlt sich sofort willkommen. ❤️ Es gibt gratis Kaffee, Wasser und Tee sowie andere Getränke gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis. Aktuell besuche ich die Choreo Class bei André, die macht richtig Spaß! Und ich freue mich auch darauf, noch viele weitere Stunden aus dem großen Angebot auszuprobieren 🥰

If you’re finally ready to give your inner Eberhard (your little pig-dog) a piece of your mind, you’re in the right place. I was an absolute couch potato when it came to sports until I came to Studio One. The energy here is indescribably good. Whether it’s Tuesday evening with Lexi and Power Moves, Thursday Booty Burn with Thomas, Sunday Beastmode with Maja—or Piloxing, Mobility and Stretch with Anissa. You should be so proud of yourselves—you’ve motivated ME. 😉 Now I can barely decide which class to take and which one’s the best. Thank you so much to the entire team!! BIG LOVE ❤️

Yoga works for a variety of situations.

I just took part in my first Ballet Basics class (so, a beginner session) with teacher Nina, and I’m absolutely thrilled! Everything was explained really well, the corrections were great, and the choice of exercises was perfect for beginners and even for anyone getting back into it. Even though it was a lot of work, I had so much fun and I’m already looking forward to the next class! Only downside: The next session isn’t until a week from now! 🥲🤷🏻‍♀️🤗

I really like this studio. It’s beautifully set up, and the team is so friendly—you immediately feel welcome. So far, I’ve only enjoyed the yoga classes, but I’m really hoping I can make it to a dance workshop someday!

Great studio! I go there to dance, and all the trainers are awesome. Especially when you’re new or you haven’t been there in a while, someone always keeps an eye on you, and you immediately feel completely comfortable. The studio itself is also beautiful—you really feel welcome there. :)
