We really liked that the creation was extremely fast & the quality was still very high. In addition, we could always reach someone at Studio Bö who could give us information about our project.
Background
Our real estate agency, located in Emden, deals with the project planning, development and brokerage of construction properties. Our team covers through its expertise and many years of experience in the construction industry any area that you need for a professional and smooth processing.
Challenge
The project goal was to have our building project represented as photorealistically as possible.
Solution
We found the provider via the Internet. The mixture of qualitative visualizations and the high-quality website made us contact them.
Studio Bö first conducted a project briefing with us. This allowed us to describe exactly what our goals were. After the definition, we very quickly received the first preliminary prints in the white model to talk through the first camera angles. After that, we received the images in a final state and had the opportunity to make small adjustments in 2 correction runs.
A total of 2 employees supervised us and created the visualizations. The cooperation with the project manager was extremely professional and all specifications were implemented super.
Results
The feedback from our customers was extremely positive. Due to the high level of photorealism, some even assumed that the construction project was already completed and that the pictures were real. Our goal was to sell in an uncomplicated way, which was definitely possible due to the high-quality visualizations of Studio Bö.
We noticed very quickly that the workflows at Studio Bö are very well structured and all specifications are processed in a goal-oriented manner. The planned time was adhered to and all images including the correction runs were even sent almost a week earlier than planned.

In general, we can't really see any areas that need improvement. The overall implementation was extremely satisfactory.
