I recently worked with Squire and wanted to share my experience. While the team includes some truly talented and dedicated professionals, the overall culture and processes can create challenges for clients. Billing practices lack transparency, making it difficult to understand charges upfront. More critically, availability for direct communication or timely support is inconsistent, which is concerning given that guidance and help are the core of any accounting service. This opacity and unreliability risk leaving clients in precarious positions during urgent needs. I hope Squire addresses these areas to better serve their customers and the broader community where they are needed.
