Good
Spark has been a valued partner to TDK Ventures, consistently delivering with precision and creativity while providing deep expertise and strategic insight across media relations, global brand initiatives, and thought leadership. Their team’s extensive experience in the venture and startup landscape has been instrumental in amplifying our message and elevating our brand to reach global entrepreneurs and co-investors.
As a vendor partner to SparkPR, I've had a positive experience working with this team. I find that the team takes a strategic approach to client work across their key industries.
We have been lucky to have a wonderful relationship with Spark- they are awesome, supportive partners who really understand the process and small details that ultimately make the difference between something being "good" and "great!"...highly recommend the Spark team.
I personally see Spark as an extension of my marketing team. The team’s candor, counsel, and support are critical to achieving our growth goals. Plus, Amy, Allison and Susanna are fun and just awesome people.

had an extremely disappointing experience with Spark. After over 25 years in the industry, I can honestly say that I would not recommend this PR firm. After researching different PR firms, I settled upon this company based on the enthusiasm and passion they showed about our products. Please do your research before settling on Spark PR and I would avoid retaining them as your PR company. In our case, their claims to have extensive connections within the consumer tech press seemed completely inaccurate and untrue. After a couple of months of working with their team, the only thing they seemed to deliver was a press release. I was left with no choice but to terminate their contract early for lack of performance. It’s so frustrating to launch a product with almost no coverage. Their outreach consisted of cold emails to the wrong editors. When I tried to redirect them, they said all the right things, but did not perform. They did acknowledge on several occasions their failure and they tried to attempt to rectify it, but nothing resulted in change. We launched two of our flagship products with zero media mention on Day One of our release, forcing us to bring PR and outreach “in house”. This resulted in a wide array of media coverage through our own team’s effort. One last thing worth mentioning is that we settled upon this company out of 4 others despite being on the pricier end.

Worst place to do business and work with. Very unprofessional place. I will never recommended it.
