I had a very disappointing experience with Sortlist. Without any clear notification or consent, the “Radar Module” was activated on my account and money was deducted automatically from my card. When I contacted support for a refund, I was told by a support representative named Kevin that the issue had been forwarded to the financial department. However, it has now been more than two weeks and I have received no proper update, no refund, and no response to my follow-up emails or support messages. What is even more frustrating is that I am unable to remove my card details manually from the platform. This experience feels extremely unprofessional and concerning from a customer trust and billing transparency perspective. If I had known beforehand that unexpected charges could happen without proper communication and support would stop responding afterward, I would never have used this platform. I hope Sortlist resolves this issue quickly, processes the refund, and improves their customer support and billing practices.

Be very careful- they charge you for Meetings that then never happen, sometimes up to 800 euro per no show and then ghost you

This is a complete scam, we asked not to be charged 4 times and you said that our campaign was cancelled and that there would be no more charges. But they kept charging us for nothing. They don't send leads at all and hope that you will not notice their charges. Don't use them whatsoever. They are thiefs
A terrible experience—I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. THE BEGINNING During onboarding, everything seems great. The salesperson explains that you can customize everything, that you’ll get qualified leads, and that if you can’t reach them, you’ll get a refund. They also really push the platform’s internal SEO, which they claim gives you an extra boost. THE REALITY The reality is that you get ridiculous proposals. The only interesting ones, which we applied for, amounted to next to nothing because the lead disappears and doesn’t respond. Or, if they do, they say they “have already resolved the issue.” Of course: companies don’t pay to find suppliers; suppliers do. So their commitment is zero: we agencies are the customers! THE REFUND The refund policy is not very transparent. In reality, nothing is refunded, but the credit can only be reused on the platform. IN CONCLUSION... Don’t get taken in.

Hello, since your main function is to search for companies, I thought you would be better at this. But when the only criterion I enter is simply a city, and you recommend companies all over France except for the location I requested, I have to wonder what your purpose is.
Unfortunately, our experience with Sortlist as an agency has been largely negative. In our view, a large portion of the leads are only marginally qualified or thematically irrelevant. Even when there is a potentially interesting lead, it requires a significant number of credits, which quickly drives up the cost per lead. We have used both Sortlist’s standard leads and its advertising offerings. In both cases, we were unable to detect any measurable impact on qualified project inquiries. Furthermore, on multiple occasions after making contact, we received no response whatsoever from the supposed prospects—classic ghosting. This results in costs without leading to any discussions or projects. The integrated scheduling feature also didn’t work in our experience with Sortlist for agencies: None of our leads used this option to book an appointment directly. Customer support is also problematic in our view. Refund requests were rejected multiple times despite valid justifications, and there was hardly any genuine dialogue or transparent clarification. What problem is Sortlist supposed to solve—and how do you benefit from it? The idea behind Sortlist makes sense in principle: companies should be able to find suitable agencies for projects via a platform. However, our experience with Sortlist for agencies shows that the practical benefits are limited. Ease of implementation: Registration is quick, but to even be found, a large number of profile fields and content must be maintained. The effort required to create a truly visible profile is therefore relatively high. Frequency of use: We used Sortlist practically every day. This is also necessary because interesting leads are often snapped up very quickly by other agencies. Despite this regular use, however, we were unable to achieve any measurable success. Ease of integration: There is no true integration with existing systems. There are no interfaces to CRM or marketing systems. New leads are essentially delivered only via email, which significantly complicates integration into structured sales processes. Conclusion of our Sortlist experience for agencies: The model may be convenient for companies issuing tenders. From our perspective, however, it is difficult to calculate economically for agencies and has not yet proven to be a convincing lead channel. From the perspective of companies issuing tenders, Sortlist can certainly be attractive. The platform structures tenders and makes it easier for companies to compare multiple agencies. For clients, Sortlist can therefore be a quick way to identify suitable service providers. Registration is also relatively straightforward and quick to complete. The fact that leads are generally vetted is also evident and fundamentally sensible. However, our experience with Sortlist for agencies shows that the value proposition looks significantly different from the agency’s perspective.
Great idea but not many qualified leads unfortunately on the Swiss market. You pay for the leads and often there is no answer at all. bad review online. and customer service does not answer unfortunately...
Great website and very responsive service! I recommend it.
