Sortlist has changed a lot over the past few years, but unfortunately not in a good way. It’s been more than a month now that I’ve been trying to reach Kevin via chat. Replies only come every three or four days, when they come at all. As a result, we’ve now been unable to activate our paid campaigns for more than a month and a half, so we can’t use the platform properly. Despite multiple requests, we’ve received no concrete solution. I also tried contacting support by phone and asked to be called back, but we never received so much as a single call. At one point, we were dealing with a genuinely responsive, available team. Since the switch to the lead-based sales system, everything has changed. The service has deteriorated significantly, while pricing hasn’t followed the same downward trend. To give you an idea: we used to pay €4,800 per quarter for unlimited leads. Today, that feels like a long time ago.

Even though leads aren’t always qualified, there are some great opportunities to pursue. I’ve been speaking with Edouard for several months—he’s very responsive and attentive to feedback—and everything is being put in place to bring in more qualified leads and uncover strong business opportunities.
Not recommended, bad lead quality, they promote and offer a full 100% refund policy for leads, but in the end it turns out they do not refund the payments just refund the amount to your wallet and you can only use it for 12 months. If you want to apply for another project with the same refunded balance, they want to sell an expensive membership. Without the membership you cant use your funds somehow. I would not recommend the platform.

Super professional, great team, and they’re with us as we grow. I highly recommend them.

We’ve been working with Sortlist for the past 6 to 7 years, and the platform has helped us generate great business opportunities over the years. The teams are always very responsive and available whenever we need support. A special mention to our two CSMs, Scoot and Édouard, who are especially involved, attentive, and always come forward with new ideas. If we had to point out an area for improvement, we’ve noticed a decline in the platform’s appeal in recent years (lead quality, budget, and volume). As a result, opportunities have sometimes been less high-quality or less frequent than before. That said, the support remains excellent, and Sortlist continues to be a well-regarded player for connecting advertisers with agencies.
I just wanted to test the platform with the free trial ($200 credit) to see whether Sortlist could actually offer me anything. Result: no contacts, no visibility, zero leads. The platform gave me absolutely nothing. The real problem is what happened next. Even though I only wanted an obligation-free trial, they’re now charging me €35 that I never agreed to pay. Worse, their system tries to debit that amount every single day, completely automatically, and it doesn’t take my requests into account at all. I contacted support multiple times to explain the situation and ask them to stop the withdrawals. I got no useful response—nothing was taken seriously. It really feels like I’m dealing with a machine whose only purpose is to automatically pull money from you, with follow-ups and formal notices generated automatically, and no human being behind the scenes. I don’t recommend it. A trial that’s supposed to be free shouldn’t turn into a daily attempt to withdraw money, and a serious service should have support that can actually respond when a customer reports an issue.

A platform that puts its own interests ahead of yours! They’re asking me to pay a monthly flat fee of 190 CHF just to browse their platform, even though I’ve never sent a single application. From the other reviews, I can tell this platform lacks seriousness and isn’t listening to its community. You should really rethink your strategy, because in any case, you’re not competitive—and you’re definitely not profitable with the competition.
I had a very disappointing experience with Sortlist. Without any clear notification or consent, the “Radar Module” was activated on my account and money was deducted automatically from my card. When I contacted support for a refund, I was told by a support representative named Kevin that the issue had been forwarded to the financial department. However, it has now been more than two weeks and I have received no proper update, no refund, and no response to my follow-up emails or support messages. What is even more frustrating is that I am unable to remove my card details manually from the platform. This experience feels extremely unprofessional and concerning from a customer trust and billing transparency perspective. If I had known beforehand that unexpected charges could happen without proper communication and support would stop responding afterward, I would never have used this platform. I hope Sortlist resolves this issue quickly, processes the refund, and improves their customer support and billing practices.

Be very careful- they charge you for Meetings that then never happen, sometimes up to 800 euro per no show and then ghost you
