Dear reader, Unfortunately, I cannot agree at all with the good reviews of the agency "All-About-Design" (AAD). After my experience with AAD, I can only recommend anyone looking for a professional provider of web design to look for another agency. Because here you get neither creativity nor quality. And in the end there is only trouble. But first things first: Contacting AAD was initially very pleasant and the sales representative was very customer-oriented throughout the entire process of preparing and revising the offer. But the surprise was quite big when it finally came to the implementation of my web project... - after 2 months of delay.... After I had already prepared quite a lot of input for my website (e.g. texts, images, references, links etc.) and handed it over to a web designer, the first design draft was simply very disappointing. Very little of what we had discussed in the kick-off was implemented and the prepared material was hardly used. After I then asked AAD to create two completely different design drafts for me, I was sent the same design draft twice more, only with different color combinations. ☹ In the end, I opted for a predefined Wordpress template, but AAD didn't implement it much more professionally. The web designers then limited themselves very early on to simply working through a "revision list" and thus doing "service by the book". There was no sign of any creative impetus or convincing design proposals very early on. Both web designers I got to know at AAD seemed to me to be mostly listless, short-tempered, overloaded with work and not very proactive. And a "complaint" to the management didn't improve this in any way... In my opinion, this company doesn't even have a good grasp of the simplest and most banal basics of website development, such as the integration of a data protection link in a contact form.... It has also happened several times that I have either received no reply at all to e-mails with detailed queries or only received a reply several weeks later. But then only because I followed up again myself. The entire implementation (over 12 months) was incredibly slow and the collaboration with the web designers was simply a disappointment. The company AAD is obviously very good at marketing itself and attracting new customers with a discount via a BAFA subsidy. In my opinion, however, there is not much more to it than that. Last but not least, this agency even wanted to charge me for correcting its own errors in the integration of fonts, which was really the icing on the cake in the end. In keeping with today's Halloweens Day, I can only say: It's scary how much AAD has managed to scare away a customer. Cheers meal!

~12000€ An extremely frustrating experience - not recommended from my point of view I commissioned two comparatively simple websites from this agency (costing around €12,000). Looking back, this was an extremely unfortunate decision for me. Creativity and initiative I hardly received any creative suggestions during the entire collaboration. I had to develop and specify a lot of the content myself. Improvements were only possible to a very limited extent or were undesirable. Communication and reliability In my opinion, communication was extremely unreliable. Verbal agreements were repeatedly disregarded. Written confirmations were not issued despite my repeated requests. Several of my emails remained unanswered for weeks. Technical handling The project status was transferred to a server that I expressly did not want. This gave me the impression that additional costs were being generated. Since the responsible contact person refused to transfer the site to my server, I had to organize this move myself - including additional time and costs. Billing It was particularly stressful that invoices were issued even though certain services had not been provided in full. In my case, a debt collection agency was even called in. After I was informed that it was allegedly an oversight, I settled the claim to avoid further expense. A promised reimbursement of the collection costs has not yet been made. Services not completed despite payment Despite the payment, services worth around €4,000 were not carried out in my opinion. There has been no response to emails to rectify the situation. At some point I was so frustrated that I withdrew my access to AAD and commissioned another agency where I am valued as a customer.
