As a regular customer at Carrefour, I’ve really enjoyed how the brand has evolved. I have a creative suggestion for your sonic identity (the jingles you play in stores and in advertising): why not incorporate voices of children or teenagers? Your current identity, created by Sixième Son, is already very effective, but adding the freshness and spontaneity of young voices would truly strengthen the family and human feel of Carrefour. It would give you a more modern, more personal touch—something that feels like it fits us customers. I hope this idea makes its way to your marketing team and to the Sixième Son agency. See you in the aisles soon.
