Waste of time and poor service. We have been in email marketing for a few years now and came across Sendeffekt on the recommendation of a partner. The initial discussions were quite professional, but after signing the contract and making the payment, everything ended in a disaster. There were no agreements among the employees, which led to our account being blocked at the beginning. If one has a problem, Birgit (from Sendeffekt) is no longer responsive. She neither answered emails nor did she answer her phone. Unfortunately, the minimum score is only one star, if it were up to me, the company would not have earned one.

An important partner for us on the subject of email marketing. Without Sendeffect and the people behind it, we wouldn't be this far today with the many small levers that are needed in email marketing. Note the advances in blockchain and the Arude tool.
