Via a promotional email from salesbutlers (World of Discounts), I opened a checking account at PSD Nuremberg. Salesbutlers promised to send me a voucher worth 40 €. Despite multiple written and telephone reminders, it has not been sent to date. The public prosecutor's office in Berlin writes in its discontinuation order in the preliminary proceedings against the provider for fraud, the non-fulfillment of a civil debt does not in itself constitute a criminal offense, objectifiable evidence for an intent to deceive does not exist.
Background
I do have three companies, but this was about setting up a private account.

Solution
about the advertising email
The provider has mediated the opening of the account
I do not know
Results
The provider does not perform the service promised to me, namely the voucher delivery
no
the impudence of the provider not to perform
Lasts instead of non lasts

I opened an account with a Nuremberg bank via salesbutlers (Weltderrabatte). I was promised a best choice voucher. Despite numerous written and telephone reminders, this was never sent.
After my first post here, salesbutlers asked me to tell them "to which email address" I had "contacted" them, and I immediately replied that the last email had been sent to [email protected]. No response since then! Not recommended!
Addendum: I was able to contact the owner myself via linkedin and the matter has now been resolved to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, it took a lot of time and energy.
