Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Angelina and I have been a customer of Ladies.de for six years. I would very much like to share my exceptionally positive experience with my current customer service representative, Yvonne. I first came into contact with Yvonne on February 2, 2026, when I tried to reach my account manager at the time about an online advertisement. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response from her. Yvonne then called me, as she was acting as a substitute for my account manager at the time. So I did not call her myself, but was contacted by her. Even during this first phone call, it was immediately clear to me that Yvonne was someone very special. Her voice was very friendly, calm, warm, and human. She listened attentively, was patient, and took great care of my concerns regarding my online advertisement. You can immediately sense that she does her work with heart, love, and great care. We often talk for more than an hour because I have a lot of topics to discuss—and Yvonne always takes the time for me. I can talk openly with her, even about my feelings. She has given me a very good and secure feeling ever since and continues to provide me with excellent support to this day. Even now—today is February 5—she takes care of my advertising reliably and with great commitment. When I have problems, for example with customers, she listens to me, reassures me, and gives me helpful advice. Yvonne is a very warm person with a good soul. I wish every customer at Ladies.de could work with someone like her. People like her are rare and very valuable. After that first phone call on February 2, I said to her directly, "You are exactly the person I want as my future account manager." I asked her to inquire internally whether a change was possible. It didn't take long, and when she told me, "Angelina, I am your new account manager from now on," I was incredibly happy. That day made me very happy, and I sincerely hope that Yvonne will remain my account manager in the future. I recommend Yvonne a thousand times over, give her five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, and sincerely hope that her superiors and colleagues read these words.I hope that all customers are treated with the same respect, reliability, and warmth that Yvonne has shown me.
