Will not collect the skip, very happy to answer the phones for hire and taking my money twice. Collection never happens they don’t answer your calls for collection, 10 calls now, no ring back as advised by Tom from Mangers Annie, Liz and Kyle. Liz is the ruddiest manager I have ever had to deal with who talks over you and put the phone down. AVOID AND READ THD REVIEWS!!

Order No: 1366337-1-690101809170426 Very expensive compared to other local companies. I paid £420 for an 8-yard skip when others charge much less. Collection was delayed and cancelled more than once, causing delays to my job. Polite when taking payment, but unhelpful when issues started. As a contractor, I would not use again or recommend.
Responsive and efficient
Great customer service. Ordered a skip on the Thursday afternoon. Spoke with Harry who was great. Skip delivered the next day. Called this morning to arrange collection. Spoke with Elliott. Both guys were super friendly and courteous.

Customer service team do their best to help, but can't. Despite booking collections days in advance and them promising to collect, they don't turn up. They also lie and say they have been and collected when they very clearly haven't. Image is of the waste still on site, when they told us it had been collected. Avoid at all costs!

This service was previously operated under the name Waste Source, during which time waste collections were carried out reliably every fortnight. For many years, we were satisfied with the consistency and quality of the service. Since the rebranding to Reconomy Connect, however, service reliability has declined significantly. We experienced multiple missed collections, including three consecutive scheduled collections and three subsequent recovery attempts. Each time, we had to follow up, and while the customer service team was courteous and tried to assist, the outcome was consistently another missed collection. Ultimately, we chose to terminate the contract. Even the agreed-upon removal of the bins was not completed as scheduled—nor on the rescheduled date proposed by the company. Unreliable.

Having paid in advance for an 8yrd skip i was horrified to find the skip which by the way is not the first to be delivered was taken back to the yard as the driver said he couldnt deliver. That was months ago and im still waiting for my money back minus a big fat penalty clause for not delivering. Sorry but customer service scores will from this reviewer
