Once a rating has been submitted, it is up to the profile owner whether they choose to publish it on their ProvenExpert profile. If a newly submitted review isn’t published within 72 hours, the profile is automatically penalized by temporarily hiding its star rating. This process is in place for legal reasons and, above all, to maintain transparency for consumers. For visitors to a profile, the visibility of the star rating provides a quick indication of whether a business openly shares customer feedback.
