Extremely disappointing experience with Primelis. Our company had asked Primelis to produce 100 pieces of content, billed at €8,000. In an email dated June 12, 2026, Primelis acknowledged that only 8 pieces had been delivered, that 38 were presented as being in the process of finalization, and that 54 had not even been started. On June 23, 2026, Primelis then confirmed in writing that it would limit its billing to €640 and that a credit note of €7,360 would be issued. Despite this especially clear written commitment, the situation was not corrected as promised. Primelis later tried to backtrack on its own confirmation and ultimately invoiced 46 pieces of content, including 38 pieces that had never been delivered, presented, approved, or made usable for us. So we were faced with successive and contradictory positions: an initial invoice for €8,000, an admission that only 8 pieces had been delivered, a written confirmation of a €7,360 credit note, and then an attempt to reduce that credit by billing for content that was never delivered. Despite several follow-ups and a formal notice, we received neither satisfactory rectification nor a sufficiently clear and verifiable explanation of the amounts retained. Our collaboration was also marked by a serious incident involving the management of Google Ads. The administrator account used by Primelis appears to have been compromised, leading to the suspension of our campaigns for several days, even though our business depends heavily on this acquisition channel. Given the amounts involved, the written commitments that were not honored, the changes in position, and the lack of transparency we encountered, we decided to report this situation to the relevant authorities and take the necessary steps. Our experience with Primelis has been particularly poor. We advise companies looking for a reliable, transparent, and rigorous provider—responsible in its billing and accountable in managing their advertising accounts—against working with this company. We have all the emails, invoices, written commitments, and formal notices needed to document this assessment.

Be careful when signing on as a User. You pay to work on this platform and get caught into depositing a lot of money and to get it back is a problem with many hurdles, depositing more and more with no end in sight. It takes you down a rabbit hole with negative financial consequences.

Very disappointed. They assign you a “consultant” who’s more used to sending out PDF reports with flashy colors and incomprehensible English buzzwords… Be careful with these consulting firms. They hire consultants however they can—who may not be very competent and are certainly paid poorly, all under a climate of threats. That’s what they call “smoke and mirrors.” In two years, we’ve been extremely disappointed, and it’s expensive. If you don’t ask questions, check for yourselves—you’ll end up paying for an abonnement that will keep running. They won’t give an inch if you challenge them… You’ll have to pay even if there are no results. When we requested explanations, we were met with their legal team and aggressive collections. Let the message be heard: go elsewhere.
