Prevency developed a customized, intensive crisis simulation for our communications team. During the three-hour online simulation of an extreme situation in everyday school life, the Prevency team put our crisis communication skills to the test with calls from role players, simulated social media shitstorms, and a flood of emails. This was followed by a written evaluation with recommendations for action. Absolutely helpful. The collaboration in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation was always reliable, professional, and friendly.

The joint preparation for the crisis exercise of a large energy company with integrated social media simulation turned out to be extremely goal-oriented, professional and highly effective with regard to the exercise objectives to be achieved. The social media simulation created additional challenges for the presentation of the situation, time pressure and, for the communications sector, the need for reliable information in order to be able to disseminate the core messages on all channels without delay.
