Our Zendesk account manager connected us with Premium Plus for our customer service platform migration project. Benoit Smagghe supported us with integrating this tool into our customer management process. We’re completely satisfied with their professionalism, attentiveness, and the way they collaborated with us throughout the project. We can only recommend the Premium Plus team!
Premium Plus and Benoit Smagghe’s expertise were recommended to us by our Zendesk account manager, and I truly don’t regret our collaboration in 2020—it helped DxO Labs completely reset and streamline everything, with no incidents, by redesigning our contact forms and how we prioritize their handling. We also dramatically rationalized our triggers, automations, groups, and roles in Zendesk. What stands out most so far is the work done on our macro library: we went from nearly 800 messages in four different languages to 200 standardized multilingual macro templates, which can also automatically adapt based on the IT setup our clients have. All of these optimizations and improvements allowed us this year to absorb around 15% more tickets using the exact same support team and the same processing time as the previous year. In other words, the gains were absolutely noticeable. The whole team also unanimously agreed that these few working sessions made for a much more comfortable working experience. We’re now genuinely proud of our day-to-day tool, and I strongly recommend this company and Benoit Smagghe, who really know Zendesk inside and out—and sometimes even beyond. We’ll definitely be working together again in 2021, this time to tackle a redesign of the FAQs section on our website and further reduce the number of customer requests. A huge thank-you from DxO Labs and from me personally!
