Based in Barcelona, Prelude Events brings imaginative experiences to life through a team of certified planners working across Spain and France. Our story began in Paris in 2005; after launching Barcelona Prelude, we joined forces to create Prelude Event Architects. Today, we craft bespoke corporate gatherings from concept to completion, drawing on the skills of creative directors, interior designers and communications specialists. More than a destination management company, we are a full-service MICE agency covering meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions. Whether your plans take you to Spain, France or destinations across Europe and beyond, our multilingual team is there to make every detail count. We aim to surpass your expectations—and give you an authentic, enjoyable experience along the way. Your objectives set the course; we make them the destination.

Love working with the Prelude Events team! I worry about nothing when my event is in their hands. Simply the best in the business!
Thank you Pauline. It is always such a pleasure to work with you. Your professional integrity and kindess is genuinely beloved by all of our team. <3
Prelude Events has been helping the Intel teams for many years at Mobile World Congress, ensuring the transportation, hotels, and restaurants are all taken care of for those in need of those services. Being in the United States, it was extremely helpful to have the Prelude team in Barcelona take care of making reservations for a restaurant there near MWC on fairly short notice! I appreciate all the help they provide and am grateful for everything they do. Thank you!
Thank you Karen! We love working with you and your team!
Prelude provided fantastic concierge service at MWC24 helping us navigating Barcelona and finding the right solutions to ensure business success.
Thank you Urban. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
Thanks for the great rating Nancy! We look forward to our next event together in a few months :) Warm regards, Wendy Von Fries | President Prelude Events
