Today I went to the repair the control panel of a sand filter at the KÜHNE Pool & Wellness AG. I was treated in a very friendly manner My problem was solved quickly. Thanks to the colleague for the quick solution to my problem.

Simply disappointing, that's all I can say about this store. Drove to the store at the beginning of the week, discussed my emergency with a nice employee, handed over pictures of technical details. She told me that another employee would be in touch. When I asked about my emergency by phone in the evening, I was told that the colleague would be in touch. On Tuesday, I phoned again to ask when someone would get in touch and got the same answer. Today, a week has passed and there has been no call back or any other response. If you have no capacity or don't feel like working in customer service anymore, then there's nothing wrong with communicating this clearly to the customer. I feel like I've been taken for a ride and the seriousness of this company has clearly suffered for me. I will neither recommend this store to others nor enter it.

I was there with my husband in the spring for a consultation. We still haven't received the promised quote.
