Not worth it for startup PR work so far. I have been working with Piabo for three months. I know that you generally do very successful work and are valued by your clients. Therefore, please understand the following review as only n=1. For context, I run a startup and started working with Piabo, originally to gain more visibility in the press. My biggest problems with the work so far: 1. Insufficient pre-qualification. It became clear relatively early on that some of my most important article requests were not feasible. That's okay, but the fact that this only came out after I had committed to a six-month contract worth a mid-five-figure euro amount leaves a bitter aftertaste. 2. Too few check-ins. As a startup founder, I think in terms of days as an implementation cycle. With Piabo, unfortunately, I only have a check-in every 14 days, and often I am not told what has been done in between. Personally, for me, this is a feedback cycle that is not close enough. 3. Lack of urgency. I often feel that issues are not being pushed hard enough. Example: we (Piabo and I) sent a survey to one of my customers. My expectation would be that Piabo would own the process and constantly follow up with the customer to see if the survey had been completed. Instead, after a week, Piabo asks me what the status is. 1 week of doing nothing and no follow-up = 1 wasted week. I am sure that Piabo can be the right partner for many companies. However, for fast-acting startup founders, I would recommend doing "things that don't scale" at an earlier stage: talking to customers, founder marketing on LinkedIn, cracking outbound sales, specifically approaching individual journalists yourself (this got me a free article on Business Insider, for example), etc.
Courteous and competent team!
Not only the Munich team is great, but also the Berlin team. The office is very nice, you feel like you're in good hands and you're well looked after. I am more than satisfied and would recommend Piabo to anyone who wants to use not only classic PR but also other services.
Very experienced team and extremely good contacts!

Thank you very much for the kind review! We appreciate the feedback!
