Extremely frustrated with the customer focus and readiness on the services they provide. The team simply do not care about their customers complete lack of customer focus. They hardly replay emails and the delays in the services and answers are huge. Due to this lack of attention to the customers needs, processes are taking much more time than necessary. Unfortunately, I have 3 Panama companies managed by them and I am extremely scared about what they are really doing and what I am paying for.
